We’ll start with a rejuvenating one-hour Pilates session, designed to help you reset, strengthen, and stretch in a calm, supportive space. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular on the mat, this class is all about moving with intention and tuning in to your body.

After class, unwind and indulge with a beautifully curated grazing board experience by the incredible Tuscan Boards—featuring a stunning mix of charcuterie, fresh fruit, pastries, breads, dips, and chocolate-dipped strawberries. Think sweet, savoury, and absolutely share-worthy.
